Nhlakanipho is the Founder, Business Development Executive and Senior Consultant of Corporate Forensics. He has more than eighteen years of extensive experience in managing complex forensic investigation projects. He has received investigating training from the National Prosecuting Authorities (SA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy (USA).
Nhlakanipho not only holds qualifications in Commerce, Labour relations, Business Administration but is also a Certified Cellebrite Mobile Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (SA Chapter)
Adv. Nicholson is the founder, non-executive chairman and counsel on retainer of NMK Forensics. He is presently a practising Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Society of Advocates of KwaZulu-Natal. Adv. Nicholson has been in Law Enforcement for more than eighteen years, having worked for the SAPS, Scorpions and SIU.
Adv. Nicholson has obtained his LLB, MBA, and PGDP in Forensic Investigations, Master of Philosophy (Accounting Science), and Police Management, Justice Administration as well as a certificate in Project Management.
Khumbulani has been involved in Business Consulting and Project Management since completing his articles in 2004. He has been involved in business valuation, business development, advising municipalities on town development and sourcing funding for social facilities for municipalities. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of SAICA.
Prior to recently joining NMK Forensics, Sphiwe managed a Corporate Finance Consultancy where he specialised in deal origination and appraisal, deal negotiation and due diligence, raising investment finance, business mentorship and, devising the overall business strategy. He began his career as a Business analyst prior to being an Accounts Manager for Ithala where he managed a portfolio of transactions greater than R180 million.
Sphiwe has completed his Diploma and BTech in Taxation which majors in Tax, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Auditing. He is currently in his final year of his MBA and is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (SA Chapter)
Mbuso has trained and completed his SAICA accounting articles at Ngubane & Co and is a qualified professional accountant. Mbuso has experience in financial modelling, business planning, due diligence, internal auditing and forensic auditing.
Mbuso assumes a pivotal role at NMK Forensics which included providing strategic and operational leadership to the operational personnel which includes all teams of Forensic Investigators within the NMK Firm. He also assumes a leadership role in the execution of all projects undertaken by NMK Forensics in integration with all other executives.
Mbuso has not only completed his BCom (Accounting) from UKZN but has also completed various short training courses in financial modelling and due diligence. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (SA Chapter)
